研究领域及方向:

研究方向一:食品保鲜与贮藏技术。分析食品贮藏和加工过程中品质变化,开发能够延长保质期的保鲜技术、高性能包装材料及技术,延长产品保质期。

研究方向二:食品凝胶体系。从材料分析角度研究天然食品凝胶体系,利用化学物理改性等方法提高凝胶体系的稳定性。
